Alison Sinclair, a friend and collaborator for many years and co-author of Part 4: Throne Price, started the Okal Rel Universe Concordance in 2007. She wrote a WordPress article about it, too.
At the time, people creatively engaged as fans, friends, artists and anthology authors were known as "the First Expansion" -- a play on expansions as used in the Reetion political system. Hence it became a project of the first expansion. As of today (Feb 2025) it is still up but it hasn't been used in years. Some of the content may have found its way into the first edition of the Guide to the Okal Rel Universe (the blue book) put out by Windstorm Creative.
